this is what you call a smart OP. this OP is living with his parents right out of highschool and has used that federal aid meant for housing on his personal pleasures in life. you sound bitter that this man is smarter than you.
this OP will have his associates degree in a matter of time, will move onto university within the next year or so, and will transfer with a transfer scholarship and some of that federal aid housing money he's still got after this to make sure that he isn't behind on residual school bills in uni so that he can register for classes right on time and won't miss out on a spot in the classes he needs to graduate as soon as possible.

he might just have a quarter to half his loans planned to be paid off each month for the first two years out of college after his 6 month grace period ends. and he'll have an xbox he got from eating delicious taco bell. i applaud this man and look forward to his posts like i do rare Patti's. Go to some outskirt liquor stores and try to find yourself there on the nights (or days if you can) and during the days of the week that most adults wouldn't like working... ergo - try to find some young asshole who can likely let you in on the secrets of the store.

Buddy up and play cool with the guy/gal and see if they don't have an open bottle of Pappy or some other rare bourbon that you can try for a purchase or cash-payment trade under the table. Also, it seems more than a few restaurants within the 3+$ Google-price range are stocking things like Blanton's, Angel's Envy, Eagle Rare, and even Weller.
