I keep bees and produce my own honey but I've never had it turn out like that. However, the qualities of the honey are heavily dependent on the time of year the batch was harvested i.e. different flowers, temperature and rainfall.
Pic related is my unheated(unpasteurized), untreated, unprocessed honey. The only filter it went through was cheese cloth since most people don't like eating chunks of wax, and bee parts in their honey. The left bottle from my May batch and the right bottle if from my July batch I got a few days ago.
