Its mostly that places that throw away sealed food has no routine to deal with it.
Bonus point include:
1. Static supply chain with fixed amount(meaning you throw away permanently if nothing is done)
2. No donation to animal food set up
3. No routine to do clearing sales on the food they make
4. No routines to donate food to employs
5. Anything invovles spoiled rich/middle class kids who has not been trained to smell/taste/eyeball their ingredients
