Don't have a picture, but I tried Gordon Ramsay's idea of letting the turkey rest for as long as you cooked it (3 hours) and I ended up with cold room temperature meat that wasn't juicy or tender. It was just average.
It sucked ass and ruined Christmas Eve dinner because nobody liked cool turkey.
>...the turkey doesn't need to be piping hot because I'm serving it with hot gravy.
Fucking hate Gordon Ramsay now.

I'm starting a new school schedule which keeps me there from 5am to 10pm and I need lunches/dinners to sustain me through the day. Problem is I will not have access to refrigeration nor microwave so it has to be something that can be stored at room temp or hotter and doesn't need heating.
Does /ck/ know of anything I should make? It should preferably be something I can prepare ahead of time on Sunday. So far I have planned to just make bread and sustain myself on that alone.
