From ages 11-13 I wouldn't eat breakfast, maybe pack a light lunch of just a sandwich, granola bar, piece of fruit. I'd binge when I'd get home, putting away like 5+ cans of vanilla coke, 2 boxes of kraft dinner, 2 bags of microwaved popcorn, 3-4 of whatever homemade cookies/muffins, and sometimes half a costco sized bag of taco chips or ruffles/lays depending on what was available. Then I'd eat dinner with my parents a few hours later. Only child and mom was usually asleep when I'd get home, dad still at work, so I'd just stuff my fat face while watching cartoons.

Then once I moved out I subsisted off multiple boxes of kraft dinner, doubled up ramen packets and dollar store microwave cakes that you just added water to, store bought loafs of choco chip bread.
Once I made more money I had fast food for nearly every meal, while still buying groceries. Ususally get 2 foot long subs, eat one before shift and one during and then get fast food again after (dennys, pizza, mcdonals, ect) and snacks of chips, popcorn, ice cream before bed.
Non diet canned iced teas, large french vanilla coffees, ice capps, ect on the daily. Usually have a chocolate bar or half of one every day as a "pick me up" because I eat my feelings.
Alcohol binges would consist of me having a few coolers and then killing half a liter of vodka with a water chaser. Now I mix my vodka with cheap fruity wine (+ tequila shots).

2yrs ago I went low carb and lost some weight but I'm still a fatty fat, old habits die hard.
