I love to eat instant ramen with some egg and crusty bread for breakfast or as a small-ish meal. But the problem is, these things are absolutely terrible for you and for the planet.
Instant ramen is as close as you can get to eating chemical waste while still enjoying it. It generates an extraproportional amount of plastic waste and the prime ingredient is palm oil, which means you might as well include minced meat of orangutans and other endangered species in the seasoning packet.
So I try not to eat this stuff anymore. I hope it'll be a few months before I cave in to my desires again

I think a sticky is still needed, but this should be recognized. The sticky should consist of a short paragraph conveying this idea and what >>9088752 said, go on to cover instructions on basic cooking techniques like boiling water in a pot, sauteing, searing, baking, braising, ect. Finally, it would have instructions on how to make a roux and how to then turn that roux into two or three different simple sauces like gravy or bechamel. And it would have this infographic as the image.

these are pretty tasty although not great for you but whatever

this one is exactly what it says; your instant noodles are still going to taste like instant noodles (due to quality) but it definitely improves them

Start with ramen and throw in veggies.
Get some "special seasoning" packets from papa johns. Take a chicken breast, put a liberal amount of seasoning on it, wrap it in foil and bake at 350F for about 35-40 minutes. Unwrap and put a slice of cheddar on top, wrap back up and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Super lazy but delicious baked chicken. The foil is a cheap trick to prevent it from drying out.
