You're a bitch titted /pol/fag who never leaves their basement, but for those who are interested, I made this mapo tofu recipe (ignore the first 5 pages of the wenches gushing rambling) and it was goat. I doubled the number of thai peppers and it was hot af, so be forewarned.

I'm going to be making this mapo tofu recipe this weekend:

I have all the ingredients except for chili bean paste and I don't trust the chinese food products so I'm thinking of just mixing doenjang (korean fermented soybeans), ground chili peppers, vinegar and oil. Does that sound like it would be a good substitution? Also comments on the recipe or your preferred recipe for mapo tofu. I'll be using ground venison and pork for the meats.
