Why are you so stupid that you can't figure out how to convert between Imperial and metric units? Americans are able to do it, so what's your excuse?

McDonald's is objectively delicious. Not because of cooking technique or ingredients but because McDonald's has a legion of food scientists to determine what tastes good and the willingness to sell that. Anyone who claims that McDonald's is gross, inedible or "not food" is either a liar or a contrarian.

Maybe, but the source is the Washington Post which has had an undeniable hateboner of the same tier as CNN against the President ever since Trump said mean things to Jeff Bezos. Like most things reported about the President it's mostly true, but taken completely out of context or exaggerated.

There is nothing wrong with mechanically separated meat (assuming that it is priced accordingly).

>Why do you say male vs female instead of comedian vs comedian
Because that's how the argument I am responding to was phrased.

>Aren’t vegan and non vegan nonequivalent entities or whatever?
Is the comparison being made between vegan and non-vegan in general? I thought we were comparing two (barely different) Whopper sandwiches. The Impossible is equivalent to a classic Whopper as all ingredients but the patty are the same. It is intended to be a 1:1 menu substitute. I'm not saying that you can't like one better than the other, but I am saying that if your intention is to compare the flavor between the two and you know which one is which (and therefore which one is different from normal) your perception of whether their taste is the same is going to be biased.

Because of faggot OP I got really curious about Butcherbox and ended up buying a box. Pretty sure I'll cancel it shortly after. I worked out the math in my head and it was cheaper, but when I went back and *actually* checked it on my LGS website it was way more expensive for roughly equivalent products. Whatever. It's not the worst thing I ever paid $130 for as a lark.

I think the next time that I get excited about buying meat from a different place I'll just buy direct from a farm.

I get wanting to eat food as fresh as possible, but cooking things alive seems needless:

1) It's cruel
2) Cooking something while it struggles to escape (>>13018606) is a hassle, at best
3) All of the various guts inside the animal along with any waste in its digestive system are still in there.

Because that's just pouring a beer into your mouth, *and* it's slower than shotgunning because air is trying to exit from the same hole the beer is coming out from.

>There's no reason to make an extra hole.
The point of the hole is to let air escape. Same reason you poke two holes in canned broth or other canned liquids when you pour them out.

Get minced crab with spices, garlic, ginger, egg, rice cooked the day before and soy sauce. Mince the garlic and ginger and combine. Get oil hot and add the garlic/ginger and cook until it just starts to brown, add a spoonful of the crab pincé a bit and add the rice, stir around until the rice is evenly coated with the crab add soy but incrementally since that is the only thing that can kill the rice by making it too salty. Crack your egg(s) in and stir until they are cooked. Enjoy.
The crab isn't necessary but helps add a good flavor to it you can find it in an Asian grocery or food aisle it's like oily red paste and it doesn't need to be refrigerated.
