A large chicken breast, a heaped two cups of vegetables, small amount of spaghetti sauce. For flavour. and the sauce itself is 4 servings of veg per jar, i think it's a third to a quarter of a jar in there so at least another serving of vegetables on top of what else is in there counts as.
