Well, 160 lb man needs about 2500 calories. 30k/2.5k=12, so 160x12 means 30k calories should put you at around 2k lbs body weight.

https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html
This calculator says an average height woman at 2k lbs with no exercise only needs 12k calories per day to maintain that weight, which is a lot less than what the person in the Dr. Phil video claims to eat every day. It says 30k calories would put you at about 6k lbs.

This person >>12368118 says 10 calories per pound which is even a pretty low estimate considering a 160 lb male needs more than 1600 calories, and it would still put you at 3k lbs if you eat 30k calories.

Of course there are other factors like how many calories you can really absorb and if your body just starts pushing food out without digesting it if you're piling that much in there. But someone eating 30k calories would still be way bigger considering that there are still people around her size not eating that much. Even going by half of the lowest guesses above would still put her at 1k lbs.

>Thank you for playing.
You're a twat. Phil, and your show is Jerry Springer-tier.
