After I run out of coffee beans I didn't buy any more of it, but I bought jar of instant coffee and now that jar is gone and I'm cool with not buying any coffee any more at least for now.

To my surprise going from beans to instant coffee somehow help me to ignore "importance" of coffee in my life. It's not that important actually,
and I must say I do feel better, more relaxed when I'm not drinking coffee.
Not that really important, and my stomach feels and works better now after I quit drinking coffee. And no more yellow teeth.

>I drink Maxwell House medium roast
at least you are smart not to drink dark roasted coffee that can give you cancer
and don't drink it on an empty stomach in the morning, thats the fastest way to get stomach ulcers and cancer, make sure or to eat breakie first
or drink coffee togheter with breakfast, but not coffee alone.

not exactly that simple grasshopper,if your stomach lining is destroyed (by coffee in this case) that will start ulcers.
read this before you start your hysterical opposition to medical science:
Gastritis.
http://www.healthline.com/health/gastritis#Overview1

Gastritis is inflammation of the protective lining of the stomach.
Acute gastritis involves sudden, severe inflammation, while chronic gastritis involves long-term inflammation that can last for years if it’s left untreated.
A less common form of the condition, erosive gastritis, typically doesn’t cause much inflammation but can lead to bleeding and ulcers in the lining of the stomach.

What Causes Gastritis?
Weakness in your stomach lining allows digestive juices to damage and inflame it, causing gastritis.
Having a thin or damaged stomach lining raises your risk for gastritis. Also, certain conditions and activities increase your risk for developing gastritis.

A gastrointestinal bacterial infection can cause gastritis.
The most common is infection with Helicobacter pylori, a bacterium that infects the lining of the stomach.
It’s usually passed from person-to-person, but it can also be transmitted through contaminated food or water.

Other risk factors include:
-extreme alcohol consumption
-routine use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen and aspirin
-cocaine use
-age, because the stomach lining thins naturally with age

Other, less common, risk factors are:
-stress caused by severe injury, illness, or surgery
-autoimmune disorders
-digestive disorders like Crohn’s disease
-viral infections

Symptoms
Gastritis doesn’t cause noticeable symptoms in everyone, but the most common symptoms are:
-nausea and vomiting
-a feeling of fullness in your upper abdomen, particularly after eating
-indigestion
-If you have erosive gastritis, you might experience different symptoms, including:
-black, tarry stool
-vomiting of blood or material that looks like coffee grounds
