I think it'll come down to the coffees you're drinking and your burrs, but yeah. I'm getting effortlessly tasty shots with a simplified dial in process on these "modern" profiles like turboblooms and exdos/tres. You're going to have to experiment. I've been looking for a webm like this for weeks and the pocketsciencecoffee guy just uploaded it a few days ago.

I should have mentioned this yesterday, but thats basically what people are using the new super expensive baskets for. People are pulling 27%ey "espresso" at filter ratios and using the pump pressure to get around the clogging issue. Sworks is pulling 1:16 shots, wafo says start at 1:3 and go as far as 1:20.
