I've been eating 7 to 10 pounds of meat a week for the past few months. It is usually ground pork or beef, but sometimes chicken breasts that I shred. I like to mix in oats or pinto beans to it and turn it into a giga sloppa, other times I skip those and just have 2 pounds of meat instead. I also quit added sugars the past few months. I am on a high protein diet and lifting in order to become stronger in order to defeat the chuds
