Yea. The healthiest burgers you can eat are probably the 8% fat ones from your meat counter, and even then you need to be balancing the burger out with vegetables and some unprocessed carbs. I do remember when I was lifting daily I ate burgers often that were 8%, and I was extremely healthy. Health in general is boosted significantly by daily physical excersize of some kind. I lift maybe 3 times a week and I still can basically eat and drink whatever I want without ever gaining weight, although it helps that I bike everywhere since I don't have a car
