My favorite part of food is the end result — poop.

What foods make the best poop? [This is obviously fucking food related mods dont be gay]

For me, it's nuts and fruits. Dried fruits, too. I can spend a whole day just eating cashews, almonds, dates, apricots, mandarin oranges, apples, bananas, and avocados.... This produces a multitude of nice fibrous turds.
