My Government puts £££ billion in a pot to the main government-controlled Contractor, these funds are then allocated to certain infrastructure schemes, these schemes are then sent out for tender to companies like Arup, Atkins, Mott MacDonald etc...these contractors will then bring in consultants for various parts of the scheme (my role), the consultants then draft in the works/construction sub-contractors. The main contractors oversee the works and are ultimately accountable for design and delivery.

Now tell me how these trickle-down economics are Keynesian, that's right they're not. so fuck off.
