Although that sounds nice and it's a meme, it's still a meme.

Try this: A bag of rice, chicken stock bouillon cubes (I like Knorr), oil (I like olive oil, I believe the seed oil meme), and multiple hot sauces.

>Take a pot
>Put in oil
>Heat it up
>Put rice in
>stir
>Toast rice until it starts to brown a little, NOT black
>Add water
>Add bouillon cube
>When it starts to boil turn it down
>Turn off after about 15 or so minutes depends on rice and amount
>let it sit for a few minutes
>perfect rice
Toasting rice means you don't have to wash it, or at least that's what I've learned.
The sauces will allow you to get a different flavor each time. I recommend A1 Steak sauce, green tabasco sauce, and sriracha to start off with..

If you want to get fancy, add half an onion as you're toasting, before adding rice to let it get cooked more, and then add pic related, its only like $0.50. That's how you can make an easy mexican rice.

I use some chorizo, some of the sauce from canned adobe chiles in adobo sauce and El Pato sauce. I brown my meat and deglaze with red wine. I prefer ground pork or ground turkey, or a mix of ground beef with one or the other instead of just ground beef itself.

I like getting the red hot beef Tina's and then covering them with a can of this.
3 at a time on a big ol plate and I'll eat them with a fork and knife.
I watched that Denzel Washington movie "fallen" the first time I ate this combo and now I always think of it when I eat frozen burritos.
