Do you want advice, or do you want whine and act helpless? It's not that hard if you actually try, and do a couple of rounds of trial and error. Here's some advice just in case:
I could never make a decent homemmade burger until I started searing the patties on cast iron, so they get a nice flavorful crust. Put some cajun seasoning on it or whatever you like. It comes out amazing.
Broccoli: It's good roasted in the oven at a high temperature, 400F+. I like to season with garlic, onion, maybe some other random spices, and bell pepper or paprika. Cook the broccoli separate from the other vegetables, because you want to cook the brocolli for a short amount of time, while the other vegetables are good simmering/caramelizing in some oil for a long time to maximize the flavor.

I bought dried parsley for the first time just recently. It's good to add to soup boullion.
But then it hit me it would be easy to just buy a bunch of parsley and chop it up and keep it in the freezer.
The dried does taste good though.

People love to talk shit about Dollar Stores but they have great deals on many items. I go there for the almond milk and cauliflower rice in the freezer section.
> I wouldn't trust the meat there
Why? You are being dumb. Meat from a supermarket is far more likely to have issues especially if they are butchering their own meat. At a dollar store all they are doing is receiving little shrink-wrapped pieces of meat and keeping it in a freezer.
Anyway, my local Dollar Tree has eggs, cheese, the frozen veggies seasoning blend of onions and peppers is great, frozen brocolli, cauliflower and so forth. Stuff the normal grocery store doesn't have often times. The little cuts of frozen steak aren't good, but the salmon is. The other day i got some tomato basil seasoning, the spice section is solidly decent.

Dollar General isn't even a dollar store.

I can't stand up people who bloviate about how much they hate onions or mayonnaise or whatever mundane food, as if i GAF. If you don't like it don't eat it and STFU. And people who turn their nose up at all spicy food are the ultimate pussies.
I was a picky autist kid, I wouldn't even eat pasta, mashed potatoes, apple pie, anything mushy, or had mysterious specks in it, or an uneven texture. But I got over it. It's called being a grownup. You can learn to at least tolerate most foods and if you patiently get used to it, instead of acting like a triggered toddler if a food you dislike even gets verbally mentioned.

It tastes like anise. Mmmmm... anise.
But honestly I've only had pho out of a carboard carton from a supermarket and it was not good. Authentic pho is probably better but I can't imagine how licorice flavor could go well in a soup.

Whoa, the first comment isn't something racist. Falling down on the job 4channers...
Anyway, anything but Tyson. Tyson chicken is disgusting, what do they even do the chicken to make it taste so bad.
And obligatory: airfryers are useless. Just cook them in the oven.
And make your own tenders, it's not difficult and it's far far cheaper.

Maybe its the same chemical reaction from when red cabbage turns blue. Something acid/alkaline related?

That looks like melted white cheese, not mayonnaise.
The purpose of mayo is to add oil to a dry sandwich and a hamburger is already naturally greasy, especially if it has cheese on it.
But mayo on a burger does taste good.
