Paris store is legit. Their stores are where the diaspora goes so you know its at least not garbo. Very fair prices for imported stuff too. My local branch is one of the nicest around though. This is brand new or at least wasn't carried in this store until recently. I guess they got requests from their clientele for something that isn't jasmine tea.
They often import products in a package style/format more suited to their business and brand them so they probably have a direct deal from COFCO to produce these.

I guess this about as good of a product I can expect to get outside of specialty dealers. Nice.
Its pretty cheap too. 4$ for that brick.

I actually knew the difference between shou and sheng beforehand and I fully expected (and hoped) to get shou. I doubt a general goods stuff like Paris store would carry anything that would age or be susceptible to degradation, especially if its imported anyway.

I'll have to check if I can get my hands on that "toucha" stuff too.
