I legitimately don't understand how anyone can like the taste of cauliflower. I mean I guess I can, I like some bitter, vegetal tasting things too, but people who go around saying they "love cauliflower" baffle me. Cauliflower is filler, it's something you have to force to taste good at gunpoint pretty much. As a raw ingredient or a focal point it's utterly charmless. Cream of cauliflower soup sucks, cauliflower 'rice' sucks. So yeah I'm a broccoli man
