What do you do or say when the cooking is kind of shit? Or it's actually really awful? Do you just autistically criticize everything on the spot right to their face or use finesse and be like "hey what if next time you cook it for like 10 15 minutes less and maybe 25 degrees cooler and also maybe use only half the salt that would be interesting to try"
