can anyone recommend a youtuber for a beginner chef, but not an absolute beginner. i can't really find anything that's level appropriate for me. A lot of what i'm finding is geared towards making black-truffle fermented-garlic miso soup and other impractical meme shit i'm never going to make. The "beginner" stuff out there is mostly just for absolute retards and is like explaining how to cook a chicken breast or made fried eggs.
