feeling a little rage today
>be at overseas culinary school
>preparing lunch
>perfect yellow fin tuna
>marinate for two hours in extra virgin olive oil
>lightly sear on the grill, season with a dash of fleur d'sel
>send 29 fish steaks out
>find out most dishes were sent back
>disheartened i ask instructor chef why
> "why chef, why?"
>Instructor chef replies
>"these guy are not into fish, maybe if we serve them chicken they'll eat..."

these are my fellow students at a goddamn culinary school!
