you can do a whole chicken or turkey.

when it comes to temperature, gently remove from liquid, drain, and pat dry.

baste with browning sauce, add spice rub, and crisp the skin in the oven.

i'm doing a crockpot turkey this year, fam.

when it's finished slow-cooking, add a little browning sauce (e.g. kitchen bouquet) and crisp the skin up under your oven's broiler.

all the remaining liquid in the crockpot could probably be made into a dank gravy.

put a whole turkey in there. cook until button timer pops up.

transfer cooked turkey to oven broiler with some browning sauce so the skin crisps up.
