Lad, I live in Denmark and for under half your budget for food. You probably have rye bread up there as well, so buy that along with cheap pasta and rice. Oatmeal is cheap and has plenty of calories and minced meat can be pretty cheap as well, so I imagine you can cook a big pot of spaghetti bolognese and freeze it down to portions or make meat balls since you Swedes are fond of those. We have some packs of tomato-stuff flavored with onion and garlic that's super cheap, so if you can find something similar to flavor it with that'll be easy peasy too. I'm not a great cook myself, but I hope this at least gets the ball rolling.
