Honestly, I would love to open a Katz style Jewish deli sandwhich van in Australia because our Jews are too Anglocised to ever open up a deli like that in the city or are apart of that wierd closed off ultra orthodox sect that have their own neighbourhood in St kilda.

Id sell Ruebens and other pastrami based sandwhiches to Gen X Seinfeld fags for a premium. Id have a huge smoker at the back of the van, and the smell of snoked patrami and cherry chips would attract stoner everywhere. Better than a kebab too.
