See how there is no bubbles? That’s because it’s not very hot. That’s stainless steel with no use of added butter or fat able to cook an egg sunny side up properly at low temp like it’s supposed to be.

I’ve been working on breakfast sandwiches for the last week or so. I feel like I’m finally dialing it in now and I’m getting pretty close to getting it right where I want. I think I need to go get some chives for next time though and see if that pushes it over the top. Maybe a hollandaise sauce but that’s not really efficient to make in the morning before work but could work well for the weekends or when I’m up north cooking for family.
