I pickle me some peppers regularly. I put them on 'za, dogs, chili, korean pork stir fry, you name it. FYI, if you enjoy them like I do, then do yourself a favor and pickle them yourself.

You really should have brought the liquid to a low boil, and you should have added some sugar to the mix, before pouring it over the eggs. Heat allows the flavors to penetrate.
