Try a different type of booze. Some turn me into a fucking madman, some make me cosy and mellow. Cider and beer mixed (aka snakebite) is banned in my local because everyone ends up kicking the crap out of eachother if they drink it.
Bad quality sleep pisses me the FUCK off too after a while.
Perhaps it's some build up of toxicity which needs time to clear out, or some damage which needs time to repair.
Without question though, the longer the binge, the more retarded I become. It almost always ends up in police cells, hospitals or psych wards.
