Dear transatlantic buddies
I'm actually quite curious as to what you regional (No idea if that has to be at state or county or rown level) cuisine looks like, if you would be so kind as to share it with me I'd be super thankful.
Please do not use this thread for another type of American-European shitflinging, that stuff gets tiresome as fuck.
Pic related is a regional delicacy from where I live, it's a dried and spiced sausage from made from locally shot game. I think the concept of dried sausage in this form came from South African farmers and I'm very thankful to them for this delicacy, goes great with some booze.
