I went to Berlin... blow, hookers and over consumption of booze happened. Around 4am I went to a place in Mitte (Turkish Central Berlin) and had a Donair. I have yet to find a recipe that even remotely tastes like what I had there. The white sauce is much different than sweet condensed milk bullshit.

Does anyone know the real recipe to donairs in Berlin?

Donair.

It's a variation on a gyro / doner kebab. They use different spices and a sweet, garlic sauce.

Any local pizza business will do, my personal favorite is from Rush Hour Pizza but they're all great.

Also this is the only half-decent photo I could find of one, if you google search "donair" those pictures are not very accurate.
