Have you noticed that his ability to form sentences is degrading in more recent videos? If you go 2-3 years back he was more reserved but more detailed with his narration and descriptions. Now he plays out every sentence for the maximum length of time to wring out as much emotion as possible and repeats the same set of points over and over again.
In a video about 18th century sailors working as civilian traders he made the basic statement "without these men nothing could get done, they were the backbone of commerce in the 18th century and it was a tough job but it had to be done" and repeated it like 3 times in the span of less than 10 minutes
