Is that horse meat & melted wine gums?

I used to think I liked coriander because I'd only had it in small quantities in foods where other flavours were more dominant and so didn't really pick up on it.

Then one day I ordered coriander & chilli chicken from a Chinese place......

It would've been cheaper just to drink a bottle of liquid soap. Fortunately, the coriander was in big sprigs so I could eat around it, but I learned my lesson that day.

This thread reminded me to finally get off my ass after years of lurking on /ck/ and finding a Cost Plus World Market to buy some Marmite and Vegemite. SoCal fag raised with a Korean and American palette.

I gotta say... it was super peculiar. Didn't think it was gross, but I was turned off by just how uniquely flavored it was, the first few bites. I thought I slathered a thin layer (although on retrospect put on way too much), then remembered you're supposed to add butter. Night and day difference.

Gotta say, Britbongs and Roofuckers. It's one of those weird food stuffs that gets tastier with each bite, and especially with the butter and better control of thinly spreading the Marmite and Vegemite, I actually find it tasty as fuck. I totally see my myself rapidly growing to love it.
