I do a really basic no-knead bread that comes out pretty decently in my dutch oven

currently attempting my 2nd bread.

Same no knead dutch oven recipe i did a couple weeks ago, but I doubled everything and used a bit more water this time.

We'll see how it turns out tomorrow morning.

This is what I ended up with last time, this time i'd like to see a bit better crumb and i'll be leaving it in the oven slightly longer for a bit more crisp to the crust.

I wanted to wait another 45-60 minutes before cutting into it, but people started waking up in the house and wanted fresh bread with their breakfast.

Overall i'm pretty happy with it, being a first attempt.
