Didn't take any pics of the dinner proper, but here's the aftermath.

I blasted it with heat at 475 for 20 mins then roasted it at 250 for around 5 hours and finished it off at 500 for 5 mins. It almost was a little too moist/non-stringy but a hell of a lot better than the average turkey.
