My friend just used me for a project in a nutrition class.

I had to provide a 4 day food journal, so she could calculate my nutritional intake, in relation to my needs.

It turned out that more than half of my daily caloric intake comes from alcohol.

She gave me her input, but I'm turning to you, /ck/, for a second opinion.
