Four handles a week is about my upper limit, and that was on furlough. (Contrary to the rumors and fan art, I’m not actually 400 pounds.) It’s still basically my one meal a day (although the fritos burrito is going to be breakfast). I did have this toasted everything bagel for breakfast this afternoon. It had onion and chive cream cheese, smoked turkey, tomato, cucumber, and gulden's mustard.
