Why the fuck is it always with the "I'm baaaack" in that fucking voice? I take it that it's from some movie?

I'm a 24 year old Australian NEET, been living off and on government money for about a year, I hate it. I'm doing nothing with my life and have nothing to get up in the morning for. It's one thing to just get a job, but a total other thing to find something you actually want to do every day. I still have no fucking clue.
