Simply eating a lot was the reason I used to be fat. Being a mostly sedentary manlet didn't help either.

I can eat around 2,000 calories in one sitting and not feel like absolute shit.

It's just beef patties with kraft singles, grilled onions, iceberg lettuce, and a slice of tomato between two white bread buns.

That's it.

Ever have a beef patty and a slice of fake cheese between two buns?

>superiority of in-n-out to any other burger chain.

It's just the price and the size.

McDonald's burgers are tiny in comparison.

>consume triple the amount of junk food

Triple relative to what? I just have the pastries for lunch instead of dessert. Sweets are better during the day.

>do you just like the feeling of binging?

If I were binging, I'd have eaten all of the pastries I bought with all of the non-perishable junkfood (candy) I have put away too.

Nah, three's enough.

>How do people even get fat

Well, because

>2500 calories a day is quite a lot.

and the people who get fat either don't know this or don't care.

10 years ago, your average fast food burger and fries meal wouldn't get me full. A meal like that is a day's worth of calories, but I still wanted to eat more.

These day, I can barely handle 500 calories in one meal. Any more I'm sure I'll get acid reflux and dat halitosis to go with it.

>So is In N Out really good or is it just a meme?

Both.

As was mentioned before, it's better than the big corporate franchises.

The prices are better than Five Guys, too.

Really though, you can make better burgers at home with a little effort.
