Fucking lucifer being all tricky oh well i'm dickered enough to be sideways anyway. Here's the head out of the oven, one of the eyeballs popped with some white eye jelly, it'll sorta get to that state and after slow cooking should get to a patè sorta texture.

That cheek and gum meat is looking damn good though.
