why do people glorify a raw bunless burguer? its not even worth the worms

I wanna try out a diet where you eat only beef, water, and a little salt and oil. The problem is that I love cooking and would probably get bored to death if I only eat steak. What are some forms of beef that I could use to diversify my diet while only using beef.
