This is dolmas, it is vegan and fucking delicious. You can eat it with lamb or chicken if you want. Make and season some rice, wrap in grape leaves. Wala.

I've actually never cooked with bulgar or couscous. I'm going to give both of those a try as well now, thanks. I've never made tabbouleh but I really need to try more Mediterranean / Levant salads. Man I love dolmas.

For quinoa you can do that and it is tasty but I prefer plain rice and maybe couscous. Quinoa, for me, needs about four or five ingredients to start. I think I'm struggling because I do not make many salads like these and I prefer warm savory dishes.

50/50 pure cranberry juice (the real kind) and filtered water with ice. My kidneys thank you OP. Also my wallet this shit is expensive.

Shakshuka is anything but sloppa tho. It's like a /ck/ approved divine recipe. I'll use a lot of bell pepper and onion and reduce the tomato sauce down. Sometimes I'll add some white beans because I want something heartier. Eggs in Purgatory is basically the same thing just less steps, more tomato, and some cayenne or really hot sauce on top instead of paprika. They're so close together that when you're cooking anything but traditional it is almost the same thing.

If you're doing more of a shakshuka get some dolma to serve with it. I prefer a good toasted bread even a sourdough with a lot of butter on the side over pitas.
