What is it about African-Americans that prevents them from enjoying the culture of soup?

It's a delicious and affordable meal that can be made at home or you can quickly at a restaurant. many people stop and have soup at least 2 to 3 times a day especially business people or those that own a small company?

Why haven't blacks embraced this? Is this a plantation mentality?

I'm thinking of opening a restaurant; finally have enough capital to do so.
Since one of those the most important factors of a successful restaurant is the name and theming, I want to utilise something funny and clever that will encourage business in my college town.
Don't know what style of food I will serve yet.
I thought of a name for a Japanese restaurant: Miso Hungry.
What do you think, any better ideas?

Canes is some of the best damn fried chicken I have ever had, add on top of that their cane sauce and fuckkkkkkkkkkk. It is delicious! My only bitch is that when I get a tailgate pack from there, 25 or 50 piece they always seem to use the smallest fucking pieces of meat they have. It was so bad the last time I bought a 25 piece I haven't went back because of it.
