Bananas are some weird shit. Like, a banana plant is a fucking herb. Also bananas DO have seeds. It's just modern bananas are all sterile clones.

the majority of fruits and vegetables that people eat are heavily modified from their natural counterparts. left is a domesticated banana, right is a wild banana found in nature.

bread is just ground up seeds and people were eating bread before agriculture even started, by gathering wild grains and using root vegetables. there's no good reason to exclude bread and say domesticated fruits are fine.
