There used to be a chain restaurant called "bd's" that was just like this. I loved it when I was younger but it got shoah'd by the health department 5 or so years ago.

Two weeks sober today.

It's getting easier.

I'm on my 9th day sober and just had the best sleep in years. I woke up rested and clear headed like I used to do as a child.

We're meant to survive on whatever we can find. Yet I see veganism as some sort of cult. I don't believe ideals should ever come in front of being kind to your own species. Even if that means the death of other, "lower" species. I absolutely abhor the death of fellow mammals for example. Yet when seal lung was put in front of me by the family of an Alaskan native friend? I didn't hesitate, I ate it. I didn't think about how cute I found baby seals. I thought about how poor their family was and how it was an honor that they shared their food with me. It was what it was.

I'd start with the feet and eat up to the torso, slowly. Then I'd eat the arms. Then I'd eat the ears. Then I'd watch him squirm as I ate his pig looking friend next to him in one bite. Now that he's seen the horror, I'd eat the black shit that makes up his eyes, nose, and mouth. After that I'd be pretty full, would wrap tightly in cellophane and put in the fridge for a few hours. Then I'd get a fork and slowly slowly smash in the head and drizzle with soy sauce. Then I'd savor the rest of my bear.

Shit, I used to make "mexican meatbread" in college. I'd get those frozen bread loaves from the store and let them dethaw. Then I'd cook some ground chuck with taco seasonings, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Spread out the bread and put the meat veggie filling in it. Then I'd top it off with some shredded cheddar or shitty Mexican blend cheese in the bag. Roll up the dough around it, place in the oven on high for 15-20 mins.

Shit was delicious but so unhealthy. Sometimes I'd top the whole thing with chili con queso or chili con carne. So bad, so tasty.

Fucking disgusting.

I dream of a Tex-mex fountain though that will act as a nacho fountain. Just think of it......three fountains. One with red salsa, one with salsa verde, and one with chili con queso. And lots of chips and toppings around them.

Fuck yea. It would be great.
