asking for help here is probably not a good idea but obviously depression like that is no joke, I'm not very knowledgeable on this (another reason asking for help here is a bad idea) but you should probably try exercising a little everyday, even if just going out for a run/walk at least 30-40 minutes, not to get in shape or anything but to get your body working, everything in your organism kind of needs activity to work properly, you'll be producing stuff chemically that helps you feel better. burning energy will also possibly help with getting hungry sooner. another thing is your body actually needs sunlight, it automatically produces i think vitamin b or something when it takes in the sun so everyday as soon as possible go out to get some sunlight even if you're just standing in your backyard or whatever, but try to sunbathe at least like 20 minutes a day or something. this should help with depression. if you manage to get hungry don't eat garbage, food high in sugar is ill advised cause you'll get the high at first but then after you crash down and become depressed which is obviously not what you want
