>make fermented hot sauce with jalapenos, dried peppers, garlic, onion and carrot
>ferment it for 2 weeks
>kahm yeast infection so it smells funkier than I wanted but whatever it tastes fine
>puree it in my blender until it's the consistency I want
>pour it into bottles
>seeds get stuck in the nozzle every time even after making hole wider
