I guess a restaurant near me has this Roast Beef Manhattan sandwich which is a roast beef sandwich covered in mashed potatoes and gravy. Gonna have to try this soon I guess it's something we're known for lol.

Based on my 1 article of research the towns south of Indy may be the best bet. They mentioned multiple restaurants from Greenwood and Franklin. The one from my pic was a diner in Edinburgh.

I haven't had any chain restaurant tenderloins that were as good as local restaurants/diners that have it as their specialty. Maybe check a few lists of good tenderloins in Central Indiana next time you're up there and pick something nearby.

What I ended up doing was tearing off some of the tenderloin edges and making a triple-decker tenderloin which was pretty good. Then I also had a lot of leftover tenderloin and fries. It was better than some of the other tenderloins I've had too, it was just flatter.
