Not really due to depression but to hardcore alcoholism, I used to not leave my flat for weeks at a time, just drinking and getting stuff delivered. I'd eat mcdonalds and whatnot and shove the bags and debris on the side of my bed. One time I was really drunk and couldn't find my phone to order some stuff so I just rooted in the trash pile next to my bed and ate like 12 of those little mcd's sauces (mostly barbecue sauce) with my fingers.

Any answer other than hot mustard is wrong. Problem is, they fucking killed it off.

What is the proper nugget to sauce ratio? I usually get a 20 piece 4 sweet and sour and a ranch.
