>crave spicy food all the time
>asshole burning constantly

Is it possible to add heat without capsaicin and preserve my precious brown star when I take a shit a day later?

I absolutely love spicy food. Every single fucking food I eat, I spice up. I put jalapenos and hot sauce on everything, I make spicy soups and chilis, I basically find food that isn't spiced up too bland. Here's the problem, this is starting to wreak havoc on my bowels. Every shit I take is equally as spicy. My ass is constantly burning and my shits are liquidy and disgusting.

How the fuck do I continue? How can I keep eating food the only way I enjoy it and also not have lava bowels?

What's the best way to make the spiciest thing I could possibly eat, but still be tasty? It needs to have a good kick of heat, lingering spicy pain, and most importantly, be delicious. It can be any combinations of things and be for any type of food (sauce/seasoning, soup, etc)
